Work in the rain

 "Ensure the completion of the task, never excuses," as the Xinguangzheng Steel Structure Company’s code of conduct, these words have penetrated into our soul, no matter what the circumstances, fearless tired, With aspecies of dedication and hard work, to the company’s development and contribute to their strength.Especially the shop workers , who work in the production line, regardless of cold heat, sun burning and raining , are able to complete the quality and quantity of each production tasks.

In August and September,the company undertaking several projects into production, delivery of the critical period ,the duration of tension brought to the production system of pressure, the production system in the General Zhao’s leadership, intense and systematic and orderlyto work  with . General zhao in the production meeting stressed the militarization of the workshop to strengthen the constructionof excuses not to the environment, and more to find their own reasons, to play their own potential, and resolutely fulfill the task.August 17, the second phase project in Africa need to ship loading , the task fell to a comprehensive workshop on the head, the contract period is approaching, time is running out , comprehensiveworkshop led by the Director of the Liu Shujiang immediately into battle.As the container is open top cabinet , there is no comprehensive  outdoor workshop cranes, steel plant to be coordinated with the H site , which received H steel plant and its employees greatly assisted by the leadership. During these days of loadingin the H steel plant to bring inconvenience to outdoor work, but they did not complain, but to give a positive match. Everything is ready , when we work intensely into loading, but why bad weather for  several days, heavy rain poured down.Excuses not to the environment, and the rain didn’t scare our workers, so they didn’t stop working in the rain, instead of more vigorously. The general directorof the workshop LuQi, XuBeibei and qualitative check personnel have been onsite to command loading. Loading in the rain, wiith particular attention to safety,our workers have high quality not only the spirit but also the professional quality,  and they didn’t because of hectic work in the rain, but more orderly. In the loading of four or five days, comprehensive workshop workers work overtime everynight even if the rain. In their untiring efforts and finished ahead of loading, which guaranteed product’s smooth output.
