Attentions Should Be Paid While Installing Steel Structure Workshops

One of the Features of Steel Structure Workshop Installation is that equipment installation must be in process together with steel building installation. This is mainly because some equipment in the steel workshop is large in weight and in shape. To carry out the installations at the same time can save a lot of procedures, such as leaving the fitting whole in advance. This can also guarantee the quality of installation by locating the equipment accurately. 

After finishing the equipment installation, combined concrete floor decks of each storey should be poured, in order to manage the installation reasonably.

Before the installation of main steel structure workshop, the distance of steel column base bolt off-lies from the relative axes should be checked according to concerned standard. Height of base bolt, location of bolt, verticality of each single part of steel columns, deviation of top of same storey columns, mismatch rate of connections between upper and lower columns should also be checked.
