Steel Plant Installation Process Requirements

Steel plant installation unified and standardized to reduce the workload of production and installation. For transverse steel plant, when the steel plant span of L ≤ 18m, the span should be in multiples of 3m; steel structure workshop span L> 18m span should be a multiple of 6m. Only in the special requirements of the production process, the steel plant span adopts 21m, 27m, 33m, etc. For longitudinal steel structure workshop, basic column spacing generally used 6m or 12m before, now steel structure workshop with materials of roof panel and wall panel adopting steel sheeting are increasingly widespread, often 18m or even 24m as a basic column spacing, and often 18m or even 24m as a basic column spacing.
