Steel Structure Installation Quality Control

Before steel structure installation, construction units should check product qualification certificate, design documents and pre-assembled records, retest and record the size of the components. Deformation of steel structure and defects beyond the allowable deviation should be processed.

Before steel structure installation, we should prepare detailed measurement and correction process, the welding of thick steel plate before welding process should accept process test of simulation product structure,  and plan homologous construction process.

Steel structure hoisting in position to deal with the component positioning axis, elevation, and other design requirements of control points measured and marked,  inspect quality of hoisting butt joints before welding. Installed temporary support and steel beam lock to make sure the security and stability of the steel roof truss in the process of construction.

Installation of the steel structure, construction units shall submit to each after lifting frames, the components of level size, welding, painting, they respectively to supervision submitted to acceptance.
